Most of us rush through life, driven by our own and others’ expectations – whether actual or assumed. We seldom even notice how our mind and body responds to our rushing from one thing to the next while we fill the precious moments of possible rest with an inflow of more information and messages from social media. We may become aware of symptoms such as mental and physical exhaustion, anxiety, depression and time “poverty” but don’t take the time to reflect on the root causes of our discomfort and distress.
There is sufficient evidence in research that point to this kind of stress as a significant contributor to life style illness such as high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiac disease, auto-immune disease and even cancer. Our restorative practises aim to help you manage your stress and the impact of stress on your wellbeing

Breathe • Relax • Restore Class
This class provides you with the time and space to quiet down your mind and your body to a place of rest and calmness. This place of calmness provides clarity for you to reflect on what is happening in your life and to consider changes that may help you manage stress and tap into those things that give you joy.
We use breathing and mindfulness techniques that are supported by research, to facilitate relaxation and calmness and through coaching we help you reflect on your experiences and consider changes that could enrich your life.
